This policy explains what information Jack's Business Consulting collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Jack's Business Consulting is a brand of Jack's Inventory Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”), based in Rancho Cordova, California.
Information we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address, your questions and anything you choose to include, such as details about your business.
- Purchase details. When you buy, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment information. We receive confirmation of the payment and basic details such as your name, email and the plan you chose. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and deliver the service you bought.
- To process payments, manage your plan and send receipts and service emails.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To keep records we’re required to keep, and to protect against fraud or misuse.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our website host and email providers, to run this site and send and receive email.
- An AI service provider, which may assist with research and drafting. AI may assist with research; every answer is personally reviewed and approved by Jack. We only use AI providers whose business terms say customer data is not used to train their models.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your idea stays yours
Your idea stays yours. We never use, share or build on what you submit. We don't launch businesses from client submissions.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you continue to a Stripe checkout page, Stripe may use cookies needed to process your payment securely.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, keep business and tax records, and resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to records we must keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@jacksbusinessconsulting.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we’ll honor requests as the law requires.
Children
This service is for adults running or starting a business. It isn’t directed to children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
