What do I get?
A written answer to your business question, sent by email within 48 hours. Jack thinks each question through, and he personally reviews and approves every answer before it goes out.
What counts as one question?
One topic per question. Follow-up details that help Jack understand that same topic are part of the question. A new topic counts as a new question.
When does the 48 hours start?
When we receive your question. If we need more detail to answer it well, we’ll ask by email, and the 48 hours start once we have what we need.
How does the single question work?
It’s a one-time $49.99 purchase for one written answer. It’s the easiest way to try the service before choosing a monthly plan.
How do monthly plans work?
You get 3, 6 or 12 questions each billing month for $99, $199 or $399. Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Unused questions don’t roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Will we need to meet?
No. Everything is written and handled by email, so every recommendation is thought through rather than improvised.
